Job summary

JITO in Indore is seeking an energetic Associate Sales Officer / Sales Executive to drive online sales for Demat & Trading Accounts. You will handle inbound and outbound leads, explain financial products, and convert prospects into active clients to meet monthly targets.

The role requires following up with clients, completing KYC, updating CRM, and ensuring compliant onboarding across digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and digital leads.
• Convert qualified leads into Demat & Trading Account openings.
• Achieve monthly account opening, activation, and revenue targets.
• Explain company products, brokerage plans, and investment services to customers.
• Follow up regularly with prospective clients until conversion.
• Assist customers with online account opening and KYC documentation.
• Ensure timely activation of newly opened Demat & Trading Accounts.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM daily.
• Cross-sell company products and value-added services.
• Resolve customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
• Meet daily call, follow-up, and conversion targets.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI, Exchange, and company guidelines.
• Prepare daily activity reports and sales updates.
