Digirecruitx is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to identify investors with physical share certificates and assist them in converting holdings into Demat form. The role covers lead generation, client acquisition, Demat account opening, and educating customers while coordinating end-to-end dematerialisation for a seamless experience.

Responsibilities include engaging investors, educating on Demat benefits, assisting with DRFs, and ensuring timely processing with DP/RTAs.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in financial services, stock broking, Demat sales, or banking sales.
• Freshers with strong sales aptitude are welcome.
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Demat accounts, securities markets and stock market operations.
• CRM and lead conversion skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Experience in Demat account acquisition and investor services.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients in completing Dematerialisation Request Forms (DRFs) and required documentation.
• Coordinate with Depository Participants (DPs), RTAs, and internal teams for timely processing.
• Follow up until shares are successfully credited to the client\'s Demat account.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities for financial products.

Requirements:
