Job summary

TechnipFMC Noida is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable (IC) Associate/Senior Associate to join our multicountry team. You will manage PO and Non-PO invoice processing for intercompany and external suppliers, perform 3-way/2-way matching, and support payments calendars.

You should have 3–5 years of Finance experience, be fluent with MS Office, and have GEOS/Oracle experience. This role requires attention to detail, strong process discipline, and collaboration with procurement, finance, and

• Post Graduate/ Graduate in Finance with 3–5 years of experience.
• Experience with Global Business Finance Processes.
• Subject matter expert on AP activities.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel).
• GEOS/Oracle experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage PO & Non-PO Invoice Processing for Intercompany and Third-party Suppliers (AP).
• Perform 3‑way/2‑way match and liaise with procurement for PO receipt/grn and discrepancies.
• Manage invoice payments per calendar including BACS, WIRE/Foreign and EFT payments.
• Handle AP helpdesk queries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and post journals; process accruals for project and non-project activities.
• Conduct AP month-end activities and generate AP reports for management.

Job Description

Sr. Executive - F&A (AP)

Experienced F&A (AP) professional with global experience

• Must have good knowledge for AP Domain
• Manage PO & Non-PO Invoice Processing for Intercompany and Third-party Suppliers:
• Perform 3‐way/2-way match
• Monitor Purchase Orders and liaise with procurement team for PO receipting / GRN and resolving PO discrepancies
• Must has knowledge about application of appropriate taxes / VAT on invoices
• Manage Invoice payment process as per payments calendar including BACS, WIRE / Foreign and EFT payments
• Manage Invoice helpdesk (queries from internal and external stake holder regarding AP)
• Manage Accruals (book & reverse accruals) for Project & non‑project activities
• Process T&TE expense in ERP on behalf of employees
• Audit T&E reports submitted by employees to ensure compliance
• Manage payment process for T&E expenses
• Process accounts payable adjustments for errors or omissions
• Create and produce accounts payable‑related reports for management or other review
• Performing vendor and account reconciliations, open balances analysis and other
• AP month‑end activities
• In addition to the above-mentioned tasks the jobholder may be asked from time to time to assist with other activities within GBS
• Prepare preliminary and Final Reconciliation for FRS upload
• Communicates with entity point of contact for the open items clearances pending in reconciliation
• Prepares and post the journal entry related to the identified reconciling items
• Escalates resolution of outstanding reconciling items based on escalation matrix if no response is received from entity POC

You Are Meant For This Job If

• You are Post Graduate/ Graduate in Finance with 3 - 5 years of experience
• You have excellent working knowledge of Global Business Finance Processes
• Should be a subject matter expert on AP activities
• Must have sound knowledge of MS office (PowerPoint & Excel)
• Must Have GEOS/Oracle Experience
