Job summary

Genpact in Gurgaon (work from office) is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to manage vendor invoices, processing and payments in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

You will handle queries from vendors and internal stakeholders, resolve clarifications via email or calls, and prepare account reconciliations to clear open items. A Commerce degree and strong English are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) with relevant work experience.
• Strong English language skills (verbal and written).
• Experience in Accounts Payable / vendor invoicing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check, process & pay vendor invoices.
• Non-Voice profile for Accounts Payable core accounting.
• Handle email queries from vendors and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• The opening is in Accounts payable team where vendor Invoices will have to be checked, processed & paid.
  
• Non-Voice profile for Accounts Payable core accounting
  
• Handling email queries from vendors & internal stakeholders
  
• Getting the clarifications resolved from vendors & internal stakeholders by writing mails or taking calls with them
  
• Preparing the account reconciliations / resolving the open items coming in account reconciliations

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)
• Relevant work experience
• Strong English language skills (verbal and written)

• Experience in cost Model creation and management
• Ability to handle pre-sales process management and execution
