Job summary

Jakson Group in Satara, Maharashtra, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage daily dispatches, track shipments, and ensure on-time delivery. You will coordinate with freight forwarders and drivers to smooth pickups and drop-offs.

The role requires 2–5 years in logistics or manufacturing operations, strong MS Excel skills, and clear written and verbal communication. You will maintain inventory records in our ERP and support customers with order status updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any stream.
• 2–5 years of experience in logistics or manufacturing operations.
• MS Excel and basic office tools; ERP/SAP knowledge a plus.
• Clear verbal communication and writing mail skills; attention to detail.

• Monitor daily dispatch, transit, and delivery schedules.

• Documentation: Prepare and verify bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and e-way bills.

Required Skills and Experience
