Job summary

HDFC ERGO General Insurance in India is seeking a Senior Executive - Renewal Retention in Retail Business Group. You will assist partners and customers with renewals, call customers to renew policies timely, coordinate with bank partners, and drive renewal targets.

You will report to Deputy Vice President and work from our branch network. The role demands 1–5 years of sales/retention experience and strong MIS Excel skills.
