Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions, within Piramal Critical Care, is seeking a Senior Executive skilled in instrumentation and automation. You will handle DCS/PLC troubleshooting, P&ID interpretation, instrument installation and calibration, and support for boilers, chillers, and related utility systems.

The role requires a Diploma in Instrumentation with 5-10 years of industry experience, and hands-on working knowledge of Emerson/Yokogawa DCS and Siemens PLC. SAP-PM familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Instrumentation with 5-10 years of experience in a reputed industry.
• Hands-on experience with Emerson/Yokogawa DCS programming and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Siemens PLC troubleshooting.
• Project execution: P&ID reading, JB/cable scheduling, instrument installation and commissioning.
• Knowledge of IMCC configuration with DCS and troubleshooting.
• Field instruments: level/pressure/temp transmitters, control valves, on-off valves, flowmeter maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Experience with utility instruments: boiler, TFH and chillers.
• SAP-PM module experience.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for DCS and PLC troubleshooting in live processes.
• Assist with P&ID interpretation, instrument installation, and commissioning activities.
• Maintain and calibrate field instruments and sensors; perform root cause analysis on issues.
• Coordinate with utilities and plant sites for smooth operations and support.
