Job summary

Piramal Critical Care in Dahej, India, is seeking a Senior Executive with instrumentation diploma and 5–10 years’ experience in process automation. You will work on DCS programming, PLC troubleshooting, and field instrument calibration.

Responsibilities include project execution: P&ID reading, instrument installation, IMCC configuration, and routine maintenance of boilers, chillers, and utility systems. Collaboration with engineering teams to ensure safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Instrumentation with 5–10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Hands-on experience with DCS programming and troubleshooting (Emerson/Yokogawa).
• Knowledge of Siemens PLC troubleshooting and project execution (P&ID, JB/Cable scheduling, installation, commissioning).

Responsibilities

• PM and calibration of field instruments.
• Breakdown maintenance and root cause analysis.
• P&ID reading, instrument installation and commissioning.
• IMCC configuration with DCS and troubleshooting.
• Maintenance of boilers, TFH, chillers, and utility systems.
• Support SAP-PM module-related tasks.
