Job summary

Piramal Critical Care invites applications for a Senior Executive in instrumentation. The role requires hands-on DCS programming with Emerson/Yokogawa, Siemens PLC troubleshooting, and project execution including P&ID reading and instrument installation.

You will maintain field instruments, calibrate devices, perform breakdown maintenance and RCA, and work with SAP PM to manage maintenance activities. Based in Dahej, India, this role offers growth in a global pharmaceutical setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Instrumentation with 5–10 years of industry experience.
• Hands-on DCS programming and troubleshooting with Emerson/Yokogawa.
• Knowledge of Siemens PLC troubleshooting and IMCC configuration with DCS.
• Project execution including P&ID reading, JB/Cable scheduling, instrument installation and commissioning.
• Field instruments maintenance, calibration, and breakdown analysis/root-cause analysis.
• SAP PM module experience for maintenance management.
• Experience with utility systems: boiler, TFH, chillers.

Responsibilities

• Hand on experience with Emerson/Yokogawa DCS programming and troubleshooting.
• Read P&ID drawings and schedule JB/Cable installations.
• Install, Commission and troubleshoot instruments and IMCC configurations.
• Calibrate field instruments and perform breakdown maintenance.
• Use SAP PM to manage maintenance activities and records.
• Coordinate with utility systems operation such as boilers and chillers.
