Job summary

Zepto is seeking detail-oriented inventory operations professionals in Chennai, India to manage inventory activities, coordinate with Mother Hub stakeholders, and ensure accurate reporting for data-driven decisions.

You will clean, validate, analyze, and publish dashboards with high data accuracy, identify trends and root causes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth inventory operations and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets with Pivot Tables and lookup functions.
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Attention to data validation and accuracy.
• Basic/Intermediate SQL knowledge is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily syncs and follow-ups with MH POCs to track tasks, ensure adherence, and resolve operational issues.
• Clean, validate, analyze, and publish reports and dashboards with high data accuracy.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain inventory reports and support operational performance tracking.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth inventory operations.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and data validation accuracy.
• Basic/Intermediate SQL knowledge will be an added advantage.
