Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in engineering project execution or construction management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master's preferred.
• Proven ability to manage high-rise residential towers.
• Expertise in project scheduling, resources, and cost control.
• Proficient in MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Execution Officer Manager (Engineering) to oversee and drive the successful execution of engineering projects. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the on-ground implementation of projects while ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate has deep technical knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage complex projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of engineering and construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate across departments including design, procurement, quality, and site execution to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Monitor progress through detailed execution schedules, identify deviations, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documents.
• Supervise and support site teams, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure effective execution of work.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards and regulatory compliance on all sites.
• Prepare and present project execution reports including bar chart, monitor the progress and track updates, and status reviews to senior leadership.
• Manage project budgets, resource planning, and cost control measures throughout the execution phase.
• Drive process improvement, innovation, and optimization in project execution methodologies.
• Resolve on-site engineering and operational issues promptly to avoid delays and rework.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field); Master's degree preferred.
• 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in engineering project execution or construction management roles.
• Proven experience managing high-rsieresidential towers and experience in MI-VAN Technology.
• Strong technical knowledge of engineering and construction practices, project scheduling, and resource management.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6), AutoCAD, and other engineering tools.
• Sound understanding of safety regulations, quality standards, and local construction laws.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
