Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager with 10+ years of experience in software development and engineering leadership. The role requires a proven ability to lead multiple teams, drive high-impact delivery, and mentor senior engineers, while partnering closely with Product and business stakeholders to execute technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, mentor, and inspire multiple engineering teams.
• Drive career growth, performance management, and succession planning.
• Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and high engineering standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and team scaling for strategic growth.

Technical & Delivery Oversight

• Provide technical guidance, architecture review, and code quality oversight.
• Ensure adoption of best practices in software design, testing, security, and CI/CD.
• Partner with Tech Leads and Architects on system design and roadmap planning.
• Manage delivery timelines, priorities, and dependencies across projects.

Strategic & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with Product, UX, and business teams to define technical strategy.
• Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.
• Influence technology roadmap and contribute to organizational planning.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, metrics, and delivery excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading large, distributed, or multi-team engineering organizations.
• Strong technical foundation across modern stacks (backend, frontend, mobile, cloud).
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies, software lifecycle, and engineering metrics.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, able to influence senior leadership.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience in client-facing or consulting environments.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and scalable systems.
• Background in microservices, mobile applications, or platform engineering.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
