Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse engineering team of 20 professionals across frontend, backend, and DevOps functions.
• Drive the end‑to‑end delivery of high‑quality software products and features.
• Collaborate with product management, design, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
• Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable applications and infrastructure.
• Implement best practices for software development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the team.
• Manage team performance, conduct regular reviews, and support professional development.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in frontend, backend, and DevOps to drive technical excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 14+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3‑4 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven experience managing teams of 20+ engineers.
• Strong technical expertise in frontend technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Solid experience in backend development (e.g., Node.js, Java, Python, .NET).
• Hands‑on experience with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, containerization, cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience in managing mobile applications will be considered an advantage.
