Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in people management.
• Strong Java, Spring Boot, and REST API skills with solid OOP, design patterns, and architecture knowledge.
• Extensive experience architecting, deploying, and managing complex cloud-based SaaS solutions, preferably on AWS.
• Expertise building distributed SaaS systems, microservices, APIs, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and practical or conceptual application in engineering problems.
• Strong DevOps understanding: CI/CD, IaC (Terraform), and automated platform management.
• Mastery of container orchestration, specifically Amazon EKS, including inter-component communication and cluster operations.
• In-depth understanding of secure file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, AS2).
• Proven track record hiring top engineering talent and driving team productivity.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise application integration, preferably SAP.

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2 years of direct people management experience leading engineering teams.

• Strong Java, Spring Boot, and REST API skills, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, and architecture principles.

• Extensive experience architecting, deploying, and managing complex solutions on a major cloud platform, preferably AWS, with a deep understanding of cloud concepts, including networking, security, and cost optimization.

• Expertise in building distributed SaaS systems, microservices, APIs, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their applications, with practical experience or a strong conceptual understanding of how to apply these techniques to solve engineering problems.

• Strong understanding of modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) such as Terraform, and automated platform management.

• Mastery of container orchestration, specifically Amazon EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service), including managing inter-component communication and cluster operations.

• In-depth understanding of enterprise file transfer protocols, such as SFTP, FTPS, and AS2, and secure communication protocols.
