Job summary

Ventures HRD Centre in India seeks a Senior Manager - Purchase for Automotive Electronics & Electrical Wiring to lead strategic sourcing, supplier evaluation, and RFQ processes across wiring harness, ECU/VCU, telematics, sensors and displays. The role focuses on cost control, negotiations, and value engineering within automotive E&E components.

The candidate will drive Should Costing and Zero-Based Costing programs, mentor teams, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.

Qualifications

• Costing professionals with automotive E&E experience in Zero-Based Costing, Should Costing, RFQ, supplier negotiation and cost analysis.
• Knowledge of Wiring Harness, ECU/VCU, Telematics, Sensors, Displays, Switches and Semiconductors is preferred.
