Job summary
Idemia Syscom is seeking an experienced professional to lead industrialization and process engineering initiatives for new products and technologies, ensuring smooth transition to mass production with optimal cost, quality and performance.
The role focuses on process optimization, cycle-time reduction, and implementing Lean/Six Sigma methodologies across cross-functional teams, including NPI, Quality and Manufacturing. Preference for electronics/secure manufacturing experience.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree required with 8–12 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in industrialization and process engineering.
- Knowledge of IQ/OQ/PQ, yield improvement, and line optimization.
- Strong project and stakeholder management.
- Electronics/smart card/secure manufacturing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement, productivity, capacity and cost-reduction projects.
- Identify process losses, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities using data analysis, time study and process mapping.
- Lead cycle-time reduction, line balancing, OEE improvement and manpower optimization.
- Implement Lean, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, RCA, 5-Why and FMEA methodologies.
- Identify and implement automation and process optimization solutions.
- Support NPI, process development, machine improvement and capacity expansion projects.
- Monitor and report IE KPIs, project progress and realized benefits.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, NPI and suppliers for successful implementation and sustainability.
