Job summary

Flex in Chennai, India seeks a Senior Engineer - Testing to support our growth in advanced power and test equipment. The role is based in Chennai and involves shift ownership, coordinating with global teams and driving test automation to ensure product quality in NPI and production.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of relevant experience, strong Chroma ATE expertise, and deep knowledge of power product test platforms and tester PM activities.

Qualifications

• Min 5+ years of similar experience.
• Strong experience in Chroma ATEs.
• Strong experience in auto / manual Power products M/C setup and troubleshooting.
• Strong experience in Power Product Testing platforms.
• Strong experience in Tester PM activity.

Responsibilities

• Handle overall shift activities and report to the Superior.
• Provide solutions for process related and test issues with global team/Customer support to achieve quality of NPI and Production.
• Coordinate with process & production for Yield and Quality improvement.
• Maintain factory targeted yield, downtime and failure percentage.
• Oversee automated/manual tester setup and troubleshoot Chroma ATE, Sinvo and guanjia machines.
• Manage test equipment like Chroma Hi-Pot, Power meter, Programmable AC source 61605, DC Electronic Load 63630.
• Drive failure recovery management and ECN implementation.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add Senior Engineer - Testing position will be based in Chennai.

What a typical day looks like:

• Responsible for handle the overall shift activities and reports to the Superior.

• Provide solution for process related and test issues with the global team/Customer support to achieve the quality of NPI and Production

• Should have knowledge in Power Product ATEs, IC Programming, Burn in & Automations (Chroma, Melss, Sinvo, and Guanjia).

• Responsible for Automated /Manual Tester set up and should have troubleshooting experience in Chroma ATE, Sinvo and guanjia machines.

• Responsible for the test equipment like Chroma Hi-Pot ,Power meter, Programmable AC source 61605, DC Electronic Load 63630 and industrial computers

• Failure recovery management and ECN implementation

• Co-ordinate with process & production for Yield and Quality improvement.

• Should maintain factory targeted yield downtime and failure percentage
