• Ensure statutory tender readiness and compliance calendar.
• Coordinate pre-bid with Projects, Technical, Procurement, and Accounts.
• Prepare BOQ, rate analysis, and vendor budgetary rates.
• Document eligibility, forms, declarations, and checklists.
• Coordinate EMD and Bid fee with Accounts; handle technical clarifications.
• Schedule pre-bid clarifications and negotiation communications.
• Track tender status and maintain relationship logs.
• Support post-award documentation like agreements and submissions.
