Job summary

Advik Hi Tech in Maharashtra is seeking a site execution professional to support estimation, budgeting, scheduling, and on-site coordination for building repair projects in Supa. The role focuses on aligning drawings with field work and ensuring quality and safety on site.

You will liaise with the corporate team in Pune, monitor invoices and submittals, and help maintain infrastructure while contributing to daily progress reports and team meetings.

Qualifications

• Project management and coordination in civil/site environments.
• Understanding of building construction processes and standards.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Manager in estimating and budgeting for building repair works in Supa.
• Assist in vendor negotiations, cost comparison, and finalization processes.
• Coordinate and monitor schedule updates, invoices, and submittals, ensuring effective communication with the Corporate Team in Pune.
• Ensure adherence to timelines as finalized and submitted to management.
• Execute site work in alignment with the final approved drawings. Maintain strict adherence to quality standards and prepare checklists for various activities.
• Promote a safe working environment by monitoring PPE usage for site laborers.
• Provide support to the Plant Administration Team in maintaining the existing infrastructure in good condition.
• Actively participate in team meetings and maintain a regular on-site project presence.
• Submit daily progress reports to the Corporate Team in Pune.
