Job summary

You will ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards and safety, review drawings and schedules, coordinate with multiple teams, and provide engineering support to drive timely project completion.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 5 to 12 years of experience in structural engineering.
• Experience in industrial construction projects.
• Familiar with relevant construction codes, standards and quality practices.

Responsibilities

• Review and supervise structural construction activities including foundations and RCC works.
• Ensure work is carried out per approved drawings, specs and project standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, QA/QC and contractor teams.
• Monitor site progress and adherence to project schedules.
• Review structural drawings, bar bending schedules and construction methodologies.
• Resolve site-related technical issues and provide engineering support during execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and statutory requirements.
• Prepare progress reports and coordinate with stakeholders for timely completion.
