Job summary

Contactx Resource Management is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer for HVAC products to strengthen relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, and customers. The role involves generating enquiries, submitting offers, tracking follow-ups, and driving order bookings.

You will lead techno-commercial discussions, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize orders while coordinating with the HO Factory during execution and ensuring timely payments and documentation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HVAC sales experience (Chillers, Compressors)
• Graduation in BE/B.Tech
• Good communication (verbal/written)

Responsibilities

• Relationship with Consultants, Architects, Contractors, potential and existing customers
• Enquiry generation, offer submission, tracking & follow up
• Proposals, pre-order techno-commercial discussions, clarifications, negotiations & order finalization
• Meeting individual Order Booking targets
• Order Management, coordination between customer and HO Factory during order execution
• Collection of advance & balance payments, BGs, forms, certificates & commercial closing of orders
