Job summary

Tekskills is seeking a SailPoint IIQ Developer to design and implement identity management solutions across multiple platforms. The role requires deep expertise in SailPoint IIQ, connectors onboarding (REST, JDBC, Delimited Text, AD), and strong Java development skills.

You will shape lifecycle workflows, compliance processes, reporting, and analytics to ensure secure access management and attestation across the environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in identity management and SailPoint IIQ
• Hands-on experience with connectors (REST, JDBC, Delimited Text) and onboarding
• Experience in building policies, forms, approvals, and sub processes
• Familiarity with lifecycle management processes (joiner, mover, leaver)
• Knowledge of compliance management, certification, reports, and analytics

Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge on Identity Management concepts including user lifecycle management, self-service and reporting configuration
• Understand lifecycle management processes including joiner, mover, leaver
• Knowledge of Sailpoint compliance management, certification, report, and advanced analytics
• Hands-on experience onboarding new connectors including REST, JDBC, Delimited Text, Active Directory
• Experience with Quicklink, Business processes, sub processes, call methods, rules and approvals
• Strong knowledge on Java and SailPoint IdentityIQ API

• Hands-on experience on onboarding new connector including REST, JDBC, Delimited Text, Active Directory and building custom policy-
• Hands-on experience on Quicklink, Business process, sub process, call method, rule, request form, approval etc
• Strong knowledge on Java and Sailpoint IdentityIQ API.

Essential Skills:

• Hands-on experience on Sail point IIQ installation and configuration.
• Experience working on Linux based Infrastructure.
• Knowledge on JSF and Hibernate.
• Experience working on NetIQ Identity Manager/any other Identity Management tools.
