Job summary

Tekskills is seeking a SailPoint IIQ Developer with 8–10 years of experience in IdentityIQ. The role involves implementing identity management workflows, lifecycle processes, and connector onboarding on a Linux-based stack in India. Strong Java and API skills are required.

You'll work on designing and enforcing governance, certifications, and analytics within SailPoint IdentityIQ, including reporting and compliance features.

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of SailPoint IIQ installation and configuration.
• Experience with Linux-based infrastructure.
• Knowledge of JSF and Hibernate.
• Experience with NetIQ Identity Manager or similar identity tools.

Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of Identity Management concepts including user lifecycle, self-service, and reporting configuration.
• Understand lifecycle processes (joiner, mover, leaver).
• Knowledge of SailPoint compliance, certification, reporting, and analytics.
• Onboarding new connectors (REST, JDBC, Delimited Text, AD) and building custom policies.
• Hands-on experience with Quicklink, business processes, subprocesses, calls, rules, forms, approvals.
• Strong knowledge of Java and SailPoint IdentityIQ API.

Role & responsibilities

• Strong knowledge on Identity Management concept including user lifecycle management, self-service and reporting configuration
• Good understanding of Life cycle management process including joiner, mover, leaver
• Good understanding of Sailpoint compliance Management, certification, report, and advance analytics.
• Hands-on experience on onboarding new connector including REST, JDBC, Delimited Text, Active Directory and building custom policy-
• Hands-on experience on Quicklink, Business process, sub process, call method, rule, request form, approval etc
• Strong knowledge on Java and Sailpoint IdentityIQ API.

Essential Skills:

• Hands-on experience on Sail point IIQ installation and configuration.
