Job summary

Lumax Industries is seeking a quality and compliance professional in Haryana to oversee QMS, EHS and EnMS adherence. The role includes planning and executing internal audits, closing non-conformities, and coordinating with external auditors for customers like HONDA.

Training new team members and CSR initiatives are also part of the scope. Candidate should have exposure to QMS, VSA, IATF and ISO 14001/45001 as well as experience with customer audits to ensure ongoing conformance and continuous

Qualifications

• Exposure to QMS, VSA, IATF, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and customer audits.
• Experience with audit planning and closure workflows.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 processes and supplier quality expectations.
