Job summary

Shri Bhagwati Machines in Ajmer (Rajasthan) seeks a QMS Engineer/Management Representative with 1–6 years of experience to lead quality systems deployment and compliance.

You will maintain QMS documentation, coordinate audits, drive CAPA, monitor KPIs, and support management reviews; knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and related standards is essential.

Diploma in Mechanical or B.Tech/M.Tech or related fields with certification as Internal Auditor preferred.

Position- QMS Engineer/Management Representative

Location: Ajmer (Rajasthan)

Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Management System (QMS) Implementation & Maintenance

• Maintain and update QMS documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, manuals, and formats.
• Ensure organization-wide compliance and experience in QMS (ISO 9001:2015) and other applicable standards.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, including certification (Certified Internal Auditor) and surveillance audits.
• Candidate must be a certified Internal Auditor
• Have basic knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 * ISO 45001:2018
• Have Audit Experience (External & Internal)

2. Audit & Compliance

• Plan, conduct, and document internal quality audits across departments.
• Track non-conformities, take corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and ensure closure within defined timelines.
• Support external audits by customers, certification bodies, or regulatory agencies.

3. Process Improvement

• Identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements using quality tools (5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA, etc.).
• Monitor KPIs and ensure effective implementation of quality plans and process controls.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives like Kaizen, 5S, and Lean practices.

4. Training & Awareness

• Conduct QMS awareness training for employees across departments.
• Educate teams on standard operating procedures, quality standards, and best practices.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain audit logs, CAPA records, risk assessments, and quality performance reports.
• Prepare monthly QMS performance reports for management review.
• Support Management Review Meetings with data, analysis, and action plans.
