Job summary

Sa Management Services in Pune seeks a Quality Assurance auditor with strong knowledge of QMS ISO/TS 16949-2002, audits, reporting, and process improvement to drive defect reduction and compliance.

You will maintain quality manuals and procedures, organize the internal audit system, train auditors, coordinate with customers, and support KPI analysis and PDCA cycles across the plant.

Qualifications

• Experience with Quality Management Systems and audits.
• Ability to document and report quality metrics and deviations.
• Strong problem-solving using PDCA and root-cause tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Quality Manuals and Procedures.
• Organize and manage plant internal audits and CAPA reporting.
• Conduct Quality Systems audits and train other auditors.
• Assist with quality awareness training.
• Quality control of work through reviews and inspections.
• Lead process improvement activities.
• Plan SOPs under Quality procedures documents.
• Maintain SOP content and coordinate issuing of these.
• Present QMS KPIs monthly with PDCA cycles.
• Coordinate with customers and stakeholders.

Job description

Key Competencies : - Quality Management System ISO-TS 16949-2002 Documentation - Audit Operations - Reporting & Documentation - Process Improvements - Defect Analysis using problem-solving tools (7QC tools, Why-Why analysis, 8D) - Process Improvement methodologies (Kaizen, Poka-yoke, 5S) - Proficient in core tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC - Geometrical Dimensions & Tolerances - Audit types: Product, Process, Customer, IATF, Dock, MSME.

1. Maintain the Quality Manuals and Quality Procedures.

2. Organize and manage the plant internal audit system and the corrective action reporting system.

3. Conduct Quality Systems audits and assist in training/guidance to other auditors.

4. Assist with training of quality awareness.

5. Quality control of work by appropriate reviews.

6. Support and lead process improvement activities.

7. Plan Standard Operating practices required under the overriding Quality procedures documents.
