Job summary

Ciel HR in India Gurugram invites an experienced MIG welding production operator to manage day-to-day welding operations on the shop floor. You will monitor welding parameters, ensure quality, and coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to meet production targets.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of MIG/MAG processes, fixtures, and consumables, with a focus on reducing defects, applying root-cause analysis, and maintaining accurate process documentation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in MIG/MAG welding production.
• Knowledge of welding parameters, fixtures, and welding consumables.
• Understanding of welding defects and their corrective actions.
• Knowledge of production planning, quality tools, and root cause analysis.
• Experience in automotive or metal fabrication manufacturing preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and shop-floor coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production reports, rejection records, and process documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and 5S practices on the shop floor.
