SV Management Consultants seeks a hands-on engineer with expertise in weld shop operations, seam and spot-welding machines, and robotic MIG cells to trouble-shoot and optimize processes.

The role requires knowledge of Mitsubishi PLC/HMI, ladder logic, and electrical drawings, with a focus on reducing downtime, costs, and improving quality in a sheet metal/auto environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years experience in Sheet Metal Industry / Automobile industry.
• Hands-on experience with weld shop equipment and robotics.
• Knowledge of IATF requirements.

Aufgaben

• Attend breakdowns in weld shop and CED area and troubleshoot.
• Reduce time and power costs in the welding shop area.
• Ensure PM is executed as per the plan.
• Implement Kaizens and poka yoke for downtime, cost reduction and quality.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Role & responsibilities

• Hands on experience and technical skills in weld shop Seam and spot-welding machine, Robotic MIG & Spot-welding cell for trouble shooting.
• Attend the breakdown in, weld shop & CED area.
• Responsible to reduce time and power cost in welding shop area
• Ensuring the execution of PM as per plan.
• Implement the Kaizens, poka yoke for down time, cost reduction & Quality improvement.
• Reduction in spare part cost Root cause analysis & implementing of actions.
• Knowledge of IATF requirements.
• Attend the breakdown in, weld shop & CED area.
• Mitsubishi PLC and HMI preferred Understanding of ladder logic ,electrical drawing & circuit.
• Electronic card ,PLC & HMI fault analysis.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in Sheet Metal Industry / Automobile industry.
