Job summary

Vulcan Industrial Engineering in Gujarat is seeking a skilled supervisor to oversee day-to-day fabrication and production activities, execute production plans, and monitor progress against defined targets. You will plan manpower across various fabrication activities, ensure optimum use of manpower, machines, materials and equipment, and supervise welding operations (SAW, FCAW, GTAW).

Coordination with QC for inspections and NDT activities is required, along with interpreting fabrication drawings

Job description

Supervise daytoday fabrication and production activities.

Execute production plans and monitor progress against defined targets.

Plan and deploy manpower across different fabrication activities.

Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, materials, and equipment.

Monitor welding and fabrication operations including SAW, FCAW, and GTAW.

Coordinate with QC for stagewise inspection and final clearance.

Coordinate NDT activities and resolve inspectionrelated issues.

Interpret engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, and welding symbols.
