• Handle complex access requests, approvals and escalations with minimal supervision.
• Ensure timely resolution of ServiceNow tickets in line with SLAs and quality standards.
• Perform access reviews, audit validations and remediation tracking.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and application owners for role alignment and governance.
• Drive IAM process improvements and identify automation opportunities.
