R1-Rc is seeking a Lead Engineer – IT to manage advanced IAM operations from a remote setup. You will own end-to-end access lifecycle, provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning across multiple systems, while collaborating with stakeholders to align roles and governance.

The role requires strong ServiceNow experience, RBAC understanding, and a proactive mindset to drive automation and ensure policy compliance in a global healthcare context.
