Job summary

R1 RCM India seeks a Lead IT GRC professional to manage application, infrastructure, and IT security risk across a large, multi-client environment.

You will establish risk controls, report KPIs to stakeholders, lead exception management, and shape policies aligned with HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC2 and PCI-DSS. Strong communication and vendor management are essential.

• Collaborate with Operations, Management and Customers to improve ITSM processes.
• Lead implementation of ITSM improvements and related initiatives.

Role requires you to be a highly motivated, customer focused, solution centric and forward-thinking individual.2. Working experience and strong knowledge of HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC2, PCI-DSS3. Establish, maintain and report security KPI’s to various stakeholders.4. Lead exception management group for managing exceptions aligned with risk, compensating controls and periodic review.5. Formulate and review policies, processes and procedures on periodic basis aligned with risk and industry standards6. Identifying and analyzing various risks (i.e, Business, Financial, Vendor, Customer).7. Developing risk management controls and contingency plans.8. Testing and reviewing the risk register periodically. Follow-up on status of risk mitigating actionswith process owners.9. Work with Operations Team, Management and Customer for improving ITSM processes andleading the implementation of the same.10. Proven successful work experience of 10years+, supporting IT security compliance, ITSM ServiceManagement in a large, high volume multiclient environment supporting several remotelocations.11. Strong understanding of a wide array of infrastructure and application security technologiesand operations.12. Excellent organization, presentation, communications, and interpersonal skills to effectivelycommunicate with technical, non-technical, and executive levels.13. Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with all customer stakeholders,particularly from a service focus, service quality standpoint.14.
