The Services Execution QA Lead is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and business readiness of all solutions within the Services Execution domain.
The role owns the testing strategy, test execution governance, defect management, and release quality activities across Services execution platforms like Salesforce/ServiceMax and related integrations. The QA Lead ensures that the end to end Services Execution processes meet business, functional, performance, and integration requirements before deployment.
The role serves as the quality authority for the Services Execution squad and works closely with Product Owners, Business Process Owners, Application Analysts, Solution Leads, Developers, and Technical Leads.
