The Services Configuration & Quotation QA Lead is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and business readiness of all solutions within the Services Configuration, Quotation, Pricing, and Quote-to-Order domains.
The role owns the testing strategy, test execution governance, defect management, and release quality activities across Services quoting platforms and related integrations. The QA Lead ensures that configuration, pricing, quotation generation, contract quotation, offer modelling, and quote-to-order processes meet business, functional, performance, and integration requirements before deployment.
The role serves as the quality authority for the Configuration & Quotation squad and works closely with Product Owners, Business Process Owners, Application Analysts, Solution Leads, Developers, and Technical Leads.
