ValSys Consultancy & Services in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Senior Engineer – Execution Manager to lead end‑to‑end interior fit‑out projects. The role requires hands-on civil engineering expertise with 8–10 years of project execution experience, capable of ownership from planning through handover.

Responsibilities

• Take overall charge of planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, commissioning and handover of interior fit‑out projects.
• Drive project delivery ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, quality standards and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, building management and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify issues and implement timely corrective actions for smooth execution.
• Lead project teams and ensure alignment across all project activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality and statutory requirements throughout the lifecycle.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Engineer – Execution Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project execution experience, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to lead teams and stakeholders effectively. A hands‑on Civil Engineering professional with 8–10 years of experience in project execution, preferably with significant exposure to interior fit‑out projects, who can take ownership and deliver projects successfully from planning through handover.

Engagement: Service Contract until further notice

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil Engineering

Experience: minimum 8 years – maximum 10 Years

Remuneration: At par with industry standards

Key Responsibilities

• Take overall charge of planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, commissioning, and handover of interior fit‑out projects.
