Job summary

Commvault in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Engineer - C++ (with Cloud) to design, develop, and maintain cyber resiliency modules for cloud workloads. You will work on scalable, high-performance enterprise software and collaborate across Product Management, QA, DevOps, and engineering teams.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree and 4+ years of software development, strong C++ and OO design skills, and experience with multithreading, distributed systems, and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Strong C++ and OO design skills; Java/C#/Dotnet knowledge is a plus.
• Good knowledge of OS (Windows/Linux), multithreading and concurrency, data structures and algorithms, networking, and distributed systems.
• Experience debugging and optimizing performance.
• Ability to work in Agile development environments.
• Security and SaaS experience is preferred.

• Good knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows/Linux), Multithreading and concurrency, Data structures and algorithms, Networking concepts, Distributed systems.
• Experience with debugging and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in Agile development environments.
• Security and SaaS experience strongly preferred.
