Job summary

PeopleStrong seeks a Civil Engineering professional with expertise in formwork to lead planning and coordination of shuttering schemes on construction sites. You will oversee material planning, stock reconciliation, and coordination with stores and site teams to ensure timely, compliant formwork execution.

The role requires 7–10 years of experience in formwork, and involves procurement-related activities, documentation, and end-of-project reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Preparation of Formwork programme based on the overall construction methods.
• Finalization and coordination of Shuttering Scheme.
• Ensuring effective and proper utilization of shuttering and staging materials.
• Planning and allocation of materials / labour / Plant & machinery for formwork activities in coordination with concerned persons at site.
• Making mock-up of various System formwork.
• Periodical reconciliation of formwork materials.
• Preparing stock statement of formwork materials both in Units and in Nos., with area of shuttering done category-wise, Plywood / Timber procured during the quarter / till date and Productivity report.
• Maintain close interaction with stores and site people for proper accounting of materials.
• Despatch and receipt notes to be sent to Cluster Office.
• Making of purchase requisition for Plywood and Timber after thoroughly analyzing the number of repetitions.
• Receipts of plywood / formwork materials to be acknowledged after quality checks to Cluster Office on monthly basis.
• 100% materials reconciliation at the end of the job

Responsibilities

• Prepare PRs for plywood and timber after analyzing repetitions.
• Acknowledge receipts after quality checks to Cluster Office.
• Ensure 100% materials reconciliation at job end.
