Role Overview

As a Senior AIOps Engineer, you will be a hands‑on practitioner at the intersection of application development, platform engineering, and AI‑driven operations, delivering intelligent, automated solutions that measurably improve client outcomes. You will own the end‑to‑end execution of AIOps, Application Development, and DevOps workstreams – designing and building modern applications, cloud‑native services, CI/CD pipelines, and AI‑powered operational workflows that drive reliability, efficiency, and velocity. This is a delivery‑focused, client‑facing role where you will work directly with client teams to implement solutions, translate requirements into working systems, and bring AI‑accelerated practices to every stage of the development lifecycle. You will collaborate across engineering, operations, and consulting teams – contributing to a culture of continuous improvement, responsible AI adoption, and engineering excellence.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software developer lifecycle.
• Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
• Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
• Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
• Design, build, and operationalize AIOps platforms that automate event correlation, anomaly detection, and incident remediation across client environments.
• Develop and integrate AI/ML models into operational workflows — including predictive alerting, root‑cause analysis, and capacity forecasting.
• Architect and implement RAG pipelines and Agentic AI workflows to augment operations team productivity and reduce MTTR.
• Follow the AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) — from problem framing, data readiness, and model selection through to integration, testing, deployment, and monitoring of AI‑powered solutions.
• Actively use AI‑accelerated development tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot to improve coding velocity, test coverage, documentation quality, and solution design.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure‑as‑code templates to support automated, repeatable deployments across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Manage and optimize containerized workloads on Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, or on‑prem), ensuring high availability and operational efficiency.
• Support observability strategy — defining metrics, logs, and traces standards and integrating AI‑driven insights into monitoring dashboards.
• Improve operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies, tooling, and engineering procedures.
• Update job knowledge by studying state‑of‑the‑art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Support and develop software engineers by providing advice, coaching, and educational opportunities.
