Qualifications

The Role

The Manager – Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment function, developing talent acquisition strategies, and building a high-performing recruitment team. This role partners closely with business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and efficient hiring processes. The incumbent will leverage data-driven insights, employer branding initiatives, and recruitment best practices to meet organizational hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth plans.
  • Build workforce planning strategies in partnership with business leaders and HR Business Partners.
  • Drive proactive talent pipelining for critical and niche roles.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
Recruitment Operations
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval to onboarding.
  • Lead hiring for leadership, technical, and business-critical positions.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, Quality of Hire, and Hiring Manager Satisfaction.
Stakeholder Management
  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce requirements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent market trends and hiring strategies.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business teams to ensure hiring aligns with budgets and workforce plans.
Team Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.
  • Set performance goals and monitor recruiter productivity.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Employer Branding & Talent Marketing
  • Strengthen the organization's employer brand through social media, career events, and employee referral programs.
  • Develop partnerships with universities, professional networks, and industry associations.
  • Support diversity hiring and inclusion initiatives.
Vendor & Agency Management
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and external vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance.
  • Optimize recruitment spend while ensuring quality talent delivery.
Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and applicable employment laws.
  • Maintain recruitment documentation and data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Drive process standardization and recruitment governance across the organization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree/MBA in Human Resources is preferred.
  • Professional certifications in Talent Acquisition or HR are an advantage.
Experience
  • 8–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in a people management role.
  • Experience hiring across Technology, Corporate, Sales, and Leadership functions.
  • Proven experience in both lateral and campus recruitment.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth organization is preferred.
