Qualifications

• Install delivery governance, risk management and quality assurance for predictable outcomes at scale.

• Act as delivery sponsor on large engagements and sign off on solutioning, staffing and feasibility before deals close.
• Grow a USD 100 million+ delivery portfolio in collaboration with Sales and Account Leaders.

The Role

The Vice President – Delivery is a senior delivery leader accountable for the end-to-end delivery performance of multiple practices within Presidio India. This role owns a delivery portfolio in excess of USD 100 million, driving revenue growth, delivery quality, customer satisfaction, margin and utilisation across the practices, ensuring consistent delivery standards, predictable execution and strong client outcomes.

The incumbent partners closely with Practice Heads, Account Managers and the Country Head to translate business strategy into delivery execution, and serves as the primary escalation point for delivery risk, governance and client engagement issues across the practices under their remit.

Delivery Leadership

• Cross-practice delivery ownership: own end-to-end delivery outcomes across the assigned practices, ensuring consistent delivery standards, methodology and governance regardless of practice or account.


• Delivery execution and predictability: install delivery governance, risk management and quality assurance frameworks (RAID logs, stage-gate reviews, escalation protocols) that make delivery outcomes predictable at scale, and drive root-cause remediation on any at-risk engagement.


• Delivery metrics ownership: own and personally review delivery KPIs — utilisation, realisation, SLA adherence, delivery margin, CSAT/NPS and quality — across the practices, and drive corrective action when performance drifts from plan.


• Programme and pursuit support: act as delivery sponsor on large or strategic engagements within the practices; sign off on solutioning, staffing and delivery feasibility before deals close.


• Revenue and portfolio growth: own and grow a delivery portfolio of USD 100 million+, partnering with Sales and Account Leaders to identify expansion, upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, and translating strong delivery performance into new revenue.

Technology & Delivery Excellence

• AI and automation adoption: champion AI-augmented delivery, automation and modern engineering practices as levers for margin expansion and differentiated customer outcomes within the practices.


• Delivery tooling and platforms: sponsor tooling and platform investments that scale delivery capacity without linear headcount growth, in coordination with practice and technology leadership.


• Continuous improvement: drive delivery process standardisation and continuous improvement across practices, capturing and scaling best practices between teams.

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Client relationship management: serve as a senior delivery escalation point for key accounts within the practices, engaging directly with client stakeholders on delivery performance, escalations and expansion opportunities.


• Cross-functional partnership: build strong working relationships with Practice Heads, Account Leaders, Sales, Customer Success, Finance and HR to ensure delivery capability is embedded in account and solution strategy.


• Reporting and governance cadence: lead regular delivery reviews and operating cadences with Practice Heads and the Country Head, ensuring decisions are tracked to closure and escalations are raised with options, not just problems.

People Leadership

• Team leadership across practices: lead and develop delivery teams across the practices, with accountability for org design, span of control and capability planning as the practices scale.


• Succession and capability building: build a leadership bench for critical delivery roles within the practices; strengthen delivery capability through structured L&D, mobility and career-pathing programmes.


• Culture and engagement: foster a high-performance, accountable delivery culture; own key people metrics — attrition, engagement scores — within the practices as seriously as delivery metrics.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline; MBA or Master\'s degree preferred.


• 20+ years of progressive delivery leadership experience in IT Services, Consulting, Cloud, Cybersecurity or Digital Engineering, with a significant portion in senior delivery leadership roles.


• Proven track record owning and growing a delivery portfolio of USD 100 million or more, with direct accountability for delivery quality, utilisation, margin and client stakeholder management in a global delivery / GCC or shared-services context.


• Demonstrated ability to grow existing accounts and the overall delivery book of business through expansion, upsell and cross-sell, in partnership with Sales and Account Leadership.


• Strong experience managing multiple practice heads or delivery leads simultaneously, balancing priorities across differing service lines.
