Job summary

CleanMax is seeking a skilled professional to oversee technical analysis and daily operations of solar PV plants in Tamil Nadu. You will monitor project data via SCADA and diagnostic tools, coordinate maintenance with technicians, and liaise with OEMs for technical support and warranty claims.

We value strong communication, analytical abilities, and experience in O&M settings. English fluency is essential, Tamil ability is preferable to work effectively with local teams.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in solar PV, preferably in O&M.
• Technical coordination and report writing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Written and spoken English fluency, Tamil spoken fluency preferable.

Responsibilities

• Technical analysis & support for solar PV plants.

• Diagnose faults in electrical and mechanical systems and plan ahead

REQUIREMENTS

• B.E./B. Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics engineering or Renewable Energy
• 3 to 5 years of experience in solar PV, preferably in O&M
