Job summary

Motherson is seeking a seasoned PPC professional to lead production planning and scheduling activities in its EMS/Electronics manufacturing operations in Tamil Nadu. The role emphasizes meeting customer delivery commitments while optimizing capacity and inventory controls.

You will coordinate with Procurement, Stores, and multiple internal teams, review forecasts, drive deviations, and ensure ERP/MRP data accuracy to support continuous improvement and NPI initiatives.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in any stream (Full Time). Others please don't apply.
• 5-9 years of PPC experience in EMS/Electronics Manufacturing/Automotive/Any Manufacturing Industry.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, ERP, production planning, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute production plans/schedules to meet customer delivery commitments and optimize manufacturing capacity.
• Ensure material availability through coordination with Procurement and Stores, while controlling inventory levels.
• Review customer forecasts and convert demand into executable production plans.
• Monitor production performance against plan, analyze deviations, and drive corrective actions.
• Generate PPC reports, track KPIs, and maintain ERP/MRP data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Warehouse, Engineering, and Procurement teams to support smooth operations and NPI activities.
• Participate in demand planning and S&OP reviews to improve planning effectiveness and delivery performance.
