Job description

What You’ll Do:

• Design and develop end-to-end web applications using React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and Express.js
• Build high-performance RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints with advanced optimization techniques
• Develop scalable microservices architectures with event-driven patterns and real-time features
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerize with Docker, and orchestrate with Kubernetes
• Design high-availability systems (99.9%+ uptime) with fault tolerance and multi-region deployments
• Conduct performance profiling, memory optimization, and implement auto-scaling solutions
• Create responsive, accessible UIs with advanced CSS3, state management, and PWA features
• Implement robust caching strategies using Redis and optimize for mobile performance
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to architectural decisions
• Lead technical initiatives and ensure security best practices throughout the development lifecycle

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years experienced engineers
• Node.js Performance Mastery: Memory profiling, event loop optimization, clustering, and advanced performance tuning
• High Availability Architecture: Design 99.9%+ uptime systems with failover mechanisms, disaster recovery, and multi-region deployments
• Scalability Engineering: Microservices decomposition, horizontal scaling, load balancing, and massive scale design patterns
• Modern Frontend Development: React 18+, Next.js 14+, TypeScript, and advanced performance optimization techniques
• Database Expertise: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis with sharding strategies, query optimization, and connection management
• API Design & Development: RESTful APIs, GraphQL, tRPC with proper versioning, authentication, and authorization implementation
• DevOps & Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD), and infrastructure as code
• Security & Monitoring: Security scanning, vulnerability management, Datadog, Sentry, and comprehensive logging best practices
• Frontend Excellence: CSS architecture (Tailwind CSS, styled-components), accessibility compliance (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility
