The Senior Embryologist will play a key role in the daily operations of the IVF laboratory, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and patient care. This full-time, on‑site role is based at the Oasis Fertility center in Kakinada. Responsibilities include performing gamete handling, oocyte retrieval support, insemination, embryo culture, grading, and selection, as well as embryo transfer preparation and cryopreservation of gametes and embryos. The role involves strict adherence to laboratory protocols, documentation, quality control, and regulatory guidelines, while maintaining aseptic techniques and optimal lab conditions. The Senior Embryologist will collaborate closely with clinicians, nurses, and counselors, participate in case discussions, contribute to treatment planning, and support patient counseling on embryology‑related aspects. Additional responsibilities include mentoring junior embryology staff, assisting with training, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and clinical research activities where relevant.
