Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Gynecologist and IVF Specialist based in India. The specialist will conduct outpatient consultations, infertility assessments, and gynecological examinations, while interpreting diagnostic reports and advising on appropriate treatment options. Daily responsibilities include performing and overseeing IVF-related procedures, such as ovulation induction, follicular monitoring, oocyte retrieval, embryo transfer, and related ART interventions. The role involves coordinating patient care plans, counseling individuals and couples about treatment options and outcomes, and ensuring high standards of clinical documentation and patient safety. The specialist will collaborate with embryologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and stay current with advances in reproductive medicine.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MBBS) with specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology (MD/MS or DNB) from a recognized institution.
• Formal training and substantial hands-on experience in IVF and Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART).
• Proficiency in infertility workup, ovulation induction, follicular monitoring, oocyte retrieval, embryo transfer, and related procedures.
• Strong skills in gynecological diagnosis, treatment planning, and management of reproductive health conditions.
• Ability to provide clear, empathetic counseling to individuals and couples, including communication about risks, benefits, and alternatives.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, medical ethics, and maintaining accurate clinical records.
• Willingness to work in a multidisciplinary team environment and participate in on-site clinical duties and rotational schedules.
