Job Overview

The Embryologist will support IVF laboratory procedures, embryo handling, gamete preparation, culture monitoring, lab documentation, equipment readiness, quality control, and patient confidentiality at Cloudnine Hospital, Delhi.

Qualifications

M.Sc Embryology or B.Sc Life Sciences qualification with 1-2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in IVF lab procedures, gamete handling, embryo culture, and embryology workflow.
• Support oocyte retrieval preparation, sperm preparation, fertilization checks, and embryo grading under protocol.
• Maintain IVF lab cleanliness, temperature monitoring, equipment readiness, and quality control logs.
• Handle biological samples carefully with correct labeling, traceability, and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with IVF consultants, andrology team, nurses, counsellors, and lab team.
• Maintain embryo records, lab worksheets, culture logs, consent-related documentation, and procedure data.
• Follow IVF lab SOPs, infection control, PPE, and quality assurance standards.
• Report equipment alarms, sample concerns, quality issues, or documentation gaps promptly.
• Support cryopreservation, thawing, and lab inventory activities where assigned.
• Ensure ethical, accurate, and quality-focused embryology lab support.
