Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Embryology SOP and protocols defined by the company.
• Manage the IVF Lab and all assets.
• Daily supervision of sterility, cylinder levels, temperature, etc.
• Manage lab and inventory (TQM).
• Train and manage Lab technicians.
• Train and administratively manage the Lab technicians at the centre
• Ensure ethical practice as per ICMR and government guidelines
• Drive high success rates as per defined protocols

• Proficient in ICSI, embryo culture, vitrification, andrology, embryo biopsy, time lapse, laser hatching
• Capable of managing laboratory inventory
• Candidates with publications and inclination to research work would be preferred

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Adhere to Embryology SOP and protocols as defined by the company
• Manage the IVF Lab, all assets in the lab and andrology function
• Daily supervision of all check points, i.e., sterility, cylinder level, temperature, etc
• Lab & Inventory management (TQM)
• Proficiently carry out procedures in the lab – Embryo culture, Andrology, ICSI, vitrification, embryo biopsy, time lapse, laser hatching
• Train and administratively manage the Lab technicians at the centre
• Ensure ethical practice as per ICMR and existing government guidelines
• Drive high success rates as per defined protocols
