Job summary

ZF Digital Solutions India Private Limited in Bengaluru seeks a Senior Engineer- Embedded Automation Testing to design and maintain automated test frameworks for embedded and IoT devices.

You will build tests with Python and PyTest, validate device functionality, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics & Communication, Embedded Systems, Computer Science, IoT, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in test automation, device validation, embedded systems testing, or automotive/IoT automation
• Strong hands-on experience in Python programming.
• Proficiency in PyTest framework for test automation.

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Electronics & Communication, Embedded Systems, Computer Science, IoT, or related fields.
• 3- 5 Years of experience in test automation, device validation, embedded systems testing, or automotive/IoT automation
• Strong hands-on experience in Python programming .
• Proficiency in PyTest framework for test automation.
• Experience in developing automation frameworks for embedded systems, IoT devices, or networking products.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git .
• Hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics protocols such as UDS (ISO 14229), CAN/CAN FD, and ISO-TP.
• Understanding of serial communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN).
• Familiarity with network protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, MQTT, SSH, and REST APIs.
• Ability to automate testing through serial consoles, command-line interfaces, and device APIs.
• Experience with Docker, virtualization, or cloud-based test infrastructure.
