Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking an experienced Safety Compliance professional to lead the EHS organization on project sites in Tamil Nadu, India. You will ensure policy and IMS deployment, develop project-specific guidelines, and conduct risk assessments and training for staff and subcontractors.

The role emphasizes proactive EHS performance monitoring, corrective actions, and robust emergency preparedness across sites in the region.

Qualifications

• Oversee EHS training and capability building.
• Implement and maintain EHS policy and IMS at project sites.
• Develop project-specific guidelines and procedures.
• Prepare risk assessments and deliver staff training.
• Design site-specific training for staff, subcontractors, workers and visitors.
• Monitor EHS performance and drive corrective actions.
• Establish emergency preparedness and response procedures at projects.
