Job summary

PeopleStrong seeks an experienced EHS leader to manage the overall EHS organization on projects in India. You will ensure the implementation of EHS policy and the integrated management system, developing project-specific guidelines and conducting risk assessments and training.

The role requires 13–15 years of experience and a B.Tech/B.E degree. You will monitor proactive and reactive EHS performance and drive corrective actions while establishing emergency procedures at projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in Safety Management Systems and compliance across projects.
• Ability to implement EIHS policies and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Own EHS organization and deliver quality EHS services to operations.
• Implement EHS Policy & Integrated Management System at project site.
• Develop and implement project-specific guidelines & procedures.
• Prepare project-specific risk assessments and conduct training.
• Identify and deliver site-specific training for staff, subcontractors, workmen and visitors.
